Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error, for example, a wrong item shipped or a verified defective product covered under warranty. For returns due to our error, please contact us to initiate a warranty claim.
Please note: We will process your return or refund only after we receive the return shipping payment, where applicable, and the physical item has been received and inspected at our facility.
Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on selected goods. If you believe your product is defective, please contact our support team to initiate a warranty claim. Warranty claims supersede standard return shipping policies if the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or accidental breakage by the user
